Cross-border EC Support Services

What j-Grab can do for you in cross-border EC

The cross-border EC support does not end with the opening of an overseas EC mall or cross-border EC store on behalf of the seller. We provide one-stop support in the three aspects of cross-border EC: opening a shop, attracting customers, and managing the shop. We also offer seminars on cross-border EC for self-reliance, photography workshops, SNS advertising agency services, subsidy applications and advice.

  • 開店支援

Goals, challenges and budgets vary greatly from business to business. j-Grab will conduct in-depth interviews to understand your current situation, identify your challenges, and advise you on the most appropriate support for your local government, chamber of commerce, regional support business and financial institutions.

  • 集客支援

    Attracting Customers Support

We will approach overseas customers with prefectural products through a specialised cross-border EC customer attraction measure. The scheme is designed to maximise the number of visitors to your business by linking it to your overseas EC site or eBay store. In addition, we use the coupon service "j-coupon" to further increase customer traffic.
